Rabi ul-Awal – The Birth Month of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)
Rabi ul-Awal is the third month of the Islamic calendar and has great importance in Islam. This is the month full of blessings and mercies of Allah Almighty. The reason behind this importance is that our Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was born on the 12th of this month. This day is celebrated in Muslim countries and is considered the third Eid in the Islamic calendar. Rabi ul-Awal when Holy Prophet (PBUH) was born. This date has great importance
as in different Islamic books it has been quoted that the Holy Prophet (PBUH)
also died on the same date of Rabi ul-Awal.
